SMARK Electric FWV-01P Four-wheel Cargo Vehicle Four-wheel-drive Electronic Control System is independently developed for heavy-duty four-wheel transport vehicles, factory transfer vehicles and urban-rural bulk cargo delivery vehicles, featuring an integrated four-drive & four-battery control solution. The whole system consists of main control MCU, LCU, GCU, VCU vehicle control unit and BMU battery management system, matched with four-battery power supply structure. Three four-wheel-drive power combinations are optional: four 2kW motors, four 3kW motors and four 4kW motors, with reserved expansion port for IOT module.
Adopting multi-controller collaborative operation architecture, the system evenly distributes driving force to four wheels, featuring strong load capacity, stable driving and long service life. It adapts to high-intensity freight scenarios such as building materials, agricultural supplies, large express parcels and factory heavy-load transportation. It provides standardized complete electronic control supporting solutions for vehicle manufacturers and supports intelligent refitting and upgrading of vehicles.

    Equipped with four-wheel independent drive structure matched with four-battery power supply system. Four wheels output power synchronously to avoid skidding and rollover under full load, on steep slopes or muddy roads. Balanced and sustained power output ensures stable performance during long-hour heavy-duty operation, fully matching the product highlight of "Four-drive, four-electric, stable and long-lasting".
  2. Optional Multi-spec Four-wheel-drive Motors Covering All Power Levels
    Three four-wheel-drive power options are available: four 2kW motors, four 3kW motors and four 4kW motors, selectable according to load weight and road conditions. Strong low-speed starting torque delivers non-decaying power while climbing under heavy loads, covering light, medium and heavy freight transportation demands.
  3. Collaborative Multi-controller Management for Precise Vehicle Control
    Integrated multi-level control units including MCU, LCU, GCU and VCU work together with BMU battery management system. VCU coordinates overall vehicle power logic while BMU monitors real-time voltage, current and temperature of four battery packs. Linked multi-modules realize dual protection of power distribution and battery safety.
  4. Four-battery Large-capacity Power Supply for Superior Range & Load Capacity
    Standard four-battery integrated power supply greatly increases energy storage to support all-day non-stop long-distance transportation. BMU intelligently balances cell differences to prevent overcharging, overdischarging and overheating, extend the service life of battery packs and eliminate range anxiety.
  5. Reserved IOT Expansion Port for Digital Fleet Management
    Standard reserved IOT interface supports external IoT modules to realize vehicle positioning, operation data collection, remote fault diagnosis and cloud-based fleet supervision, ideal for intelligent upgrading of logistics fleets and factory transport teams.

    The underlying control program is optimized for frequent start-stop, bumpy roads and long slope climbing of four-wheel cargo vehicles.
